These helms are crafted by the Elder mages of the Templers of the Arcane to aid the highest ranking members of the guild. Anyone possessing such a helm outside the guild is hunted down relentlessly until the item is recaptured and the bearer reduced to ash. This helm enhances the wearer's ability to perceive not only the world around them more clearly, but also the strand and weave of magic. It is imbued with a rare Ioun Stone in the 'third eye' position which increases the user's intellect slightly while activated. A thin glass-like metal covers the eye slots, providing a magnified view of the world beyond.
