Brashawek the gnomish inventor extrodinaire crafted many items during his time. These bracers were designed to address his rather vulnerable stance with regards to physical attack and was in most cases very successful.
Alas as was with many of Brashaweks creations it had one fatal flaw... it seemed to distract him somewhat and almost cost him his life uttering some verbal evocations wrongly.
