This finely crafted bow is made of ironwood. Though heavy, the wood is so dense and strong it can actually be used as a limited shield, should the archer become entangled in melee combat. The sturdiness of the shaft helps deliver a deadly impact to the target, but also requires above average strength in the wielder. The previous owner added sighting aids for improved accuracy. The bow appears to have been crafted in Amn, though the individual maker's symbol has been almost completely rubbed away with wear.
