These boots were originally crafted by a rather impatient Mage who crafted these boots for his errand servants, in order that they could do things faster and without hinderence.
The Harper Scout Guild of Fer, eventually got hold of a few and brought them into service. Often giving them to iniates to help out in scouting and reconnaisance missions.
