This is a cheap attempt to copy the classic "Robe of Many Eyes". Like its more powerful counterpart, it provides the wearer with improved vision and the ability to detect many things that are hidden. Unfortunately the living eyeballs embedded all over this horrid robe each give the wearer a slightly different view of the world, resulting in distraction and a lack of awareness of their surroundings.
