Crafted by the Arakanian wizards along the lines of the Wizards and sorcerors sling when they realised the majority of wizards did not even know how to hold a sling, this crossbow primarily provides a source of power for a wizard to draw from. However it can actually throw bolts even if slightly feebly, some wizards may find this usefull for picking out targets for thier summons.
