It is rumoured that Sir Edwin Trueblade, highly respected Cleric of Fer, once leader of the Guardians Guild used to use a mace such as this. This is not of course one that he used himself, moreso one that was fashioned after him and in his name by the Smiths of Fer. From quiet beginnings Sir Edwin quickly gained respect around the Three Towns, partly for his powerful combat skills and diligence in defeating evil, but moreso for his honour and love for the peoples of the Towns. Those in need were often granted blessings or offered wise words of condolance. Those in need of advice were always offered an open mind and sound knowledge. It was only right that he rise to become leader of Fer's defencive guild of Guardians. He devoted his time and teachings to the guild, always serving and leading with honour. After many years he journeyed on a quest to recover a relative of famed outlaw Discord, Follower of Arioch, in the hopes that doing so may help her return to society and be released from a pledge to Arioch. Although the quest was successful, Sir Edwin somehow fell to darkness at the last and as far as all official records show was left for dead. However, it is rumoured that in recent times he has been seen again in the three Towns. His full story is perhaps yet to be uncovered....
