The Duke Fredinand, a royal who cared for nothing more than hunting, demanded a Longbow crafted that would give him an edge when hunting hidden prey. He ordered the famed hunter, Tebur Swiftwinds, for the design. Tebur, imbued into the bow his knowledge of the arcane and constructed a special sight to spot game hidden in deep brush. So satisfied was he with its design and construction that the Duke commisioned more to be made for his advance scouts. The scouts, known as Plainswalkers were of elven blood and conscripted from the most rural backgrounds. They would go out on 'walks' taking them beyond the fringes of trailblazed territory, sometimes being gone for months. However, many of these Plainswalkers did not return from their 'walks' thus, these bows have found there way into other hands, such as yours.
