The Stormbringer is the weapon created by the powerful Artellian Mage Tarwin Myssonday Stormbringer.
The blade and its craft were created by the Elves, but the enchantments were imbued by Tarwin himself.
He gave the sword some of his power to call forth mighty lightening, so that if he were ever low on power, his sword could often help him out of desperate situations.
