The famous paladin Na'rath, whose story is long in his fall from grace, held a close bond with his own Avenger, Pale Justice. The sword continued to work in his hands, even after he turned to the dark side. Later, when Na'rath was consumed so throughly by the Ebon Claw's temptations, the sword found a way out of his hands.
