Myth has it this cloak is made from a slain Angel. The unknown tailor supposedly watched the Angle battle and lose against a great evil being. Doing everything he could to save the Angel after the battle, the Angel just said to the tailor, "Take the feathers of my wings, take the cloth of my clothes and make a cloak of great power, so that some day, good will overcome and defeat this great evil!"
