This rod was crafted by Vonder Rhule as he was trying to master the art of invisibility. It appears with this rod anybody can take the power of Rhule and use it to become invisible.
Rhule and his army were always known for stealth and he was a very elusive man sneaking in and out of places, now we might know how he was successful.
