The kobold rebels in the city of the manonera long ago swore an Oath they would escape thier cruel masters. Some tried to exit through the gates but they rarely if ever survive, and some tried to escape by boats. Unfortunately the boats were seen by manoneran boats by the defenders of Harata and were often sunk, with many of the kobolds still on board. The kobold rebels decided it was time for another approach. The plan was to create a small unit equipped with bows who would use thier small size to position themselves where the guards could not reach them and overwhelm the small detachment at a small rear gate. However before they had enough of these mighty bows something must have been let slip, and suddenly an archer or mage was posted at each gate. The bows were secreted around the city until they next see thier chance.
