The monks of the Falling Star were once renowned for their impressive striking ability, in particular, they were famous practitioners of the Falling Star Strike - a swift blow dealt by leaping in the air and striking the opponent at the base of his skull, causing temporary, and in some cases permanent blindness. The Order of the Falling Star had but few monks in its numbers, and as it's martial style was difficult to master, and indeed took a long time to become proficient in, the last few of these fighting monks were said to have been killed in the Great Wars surrounding the Cataclysm.
