Created by the ranger and wizard Lune Margan, this Rod of Lightning is extremely powerful. Lune Initially made the rod to aid him in controlling corrupted animals in his forest, but his creation worked so well he turned care of his lands over to another and went to making rods and wands for both fun and profit.
