When Emperor Venicus IV's war host died to a man on the plains of Da'Korta their slaughterers, the Skarn Horde, took no time in plundering their fallen enemies. Unknown to the Skarn, magicks had been cast over the Emperor's army in such an eventuality. As the looting commenced the Skarn found themselves confronted with a swiftly rising army of angry dead. There was no victor at the Battle of Da'Korta Plains. In the years since many spectral items have surfaced and there are those who believe their origins can be traced back to that fateful battle.
