A mighty Warlock lost one of his hands in order to find the last part of the puzzle to defeat a common foe. However, to compensate for this he created 3 rings for his other hand (unfortunately his wife had magically sealed his wedding ring) each was blessed with a specific magical element to allow him to continue his practice. This ring he embued with the might of the divine. Steering true to the divine cause he embued it to grant him not the most powerful spells but the ones that encourage ingenuinity.
