When the trouble with the goblins in Blackwood Forest began, the Arakan militia were looking for an effective way of fighting them. Due to the nature of the forest, it was hard to hit a running goblin and it was for this reason the Bracers of Dexterity were created. These bracers enhance the wearer's hand-eye co-ordination, and whilst weaker versions are seen everywhere, only the richest adventurers are seen with the best versions.
